Initially, she took the time to get to know Teddy and us and observe him to learn about his behavior. She gave us some great advice and tips on how to get him to stop nipping. She also helped us teach him some important commands like leave it, stay, touch and reinforce his name. Lisa let us know that she was always available to answer questions via text or email. After each session she would send me a summary of the commands we worked on with step by step instructions and next steps which was super helpful.
